3 private startup hours are required. Assessment includes Postural Analysis, body measurements and goals and needs of individual clients for programming.
We are offering packages of 13 hours over a 6-week period. You will work at your own pace with your own personal program. An instructor will always supervise it and if you complete all 13 hours within the 6-week program you will get an hour free off you next 6 weeks.
You can choose any of these hours to work out and will not be penalized for not showing up. You have the option to change your program every 6 weeks or just build on your original program with the apprentice in the studio.
